Coretan

Coretan is a browser extension for drawing and annotating directly on top of any webpage. Equipped with pencil tools, text, shapes (rectangles, circles, lines, arrows), an eraser, and a PNG export feature that includes the webpage view as a background. All annotation data is processed locally and never sent to a server.
