1. Overview
Watermark Video is an Android app for adding text or image watermarks to videos and exporting the result to your gallery. The app is supported by ads. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.
2. Media and Watermark Data
Videos you pick, watermark text, and watermark images are processed on your device to create exported video files. Watermark templates (including motion, color, and style settings) are stored in the app's internal storage on your device.
3. Local Storage
The app stores data locally, such as watermark templates and generated output files. We do not upload this data to developer servers.
4. Data Collection and Sharing
Watermark Video does not require account registration and does not itself collect personal information. The app does not share your personal data with the developer. Some data may be collected by third-party advertising services as described below.
5. Advertising
The app displays ads (including interstitial ads shown when exporting a video) using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect and use identifiers such as the advertising ID, device information, approximate location, and IP address to serve and measure ads. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage ad personalization through your device's Google Settings.
6. Permissions
The app uses Android Photo Picker and MediaStore APIs to let you select media and save exported videos. Internet access is used to load and display ads via Google AdMob. Based on the current project manifest, there are no other runtime dangerous permissions requested by the app.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served through Google AdMob and are not configured for child-directed treatment.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
