Pembukuan BRI Link acts as a digital ledger for agents. We collect and store personal information provided manually by you, such as Customer Names, Phone Numbers, and Identity Numbers (NIK). This data is used solely for your personal bookkeeping purposes and is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party clouds.
2. Sensitive Government ID Data
Our app allows you to record Customer NIK for transaction validation. We treat this as highly sensitive information. This data is stored strictly on your device's local storage (Room Database) and is never accessed, shared, or sold by us.
3. Local Data Storage & Deletion
All financial records, wallet balances, and transaction history are stored locally on your device. You have full control over this data. You can delete specific records or all data at once by clearing the app cache or uninstalling the application. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered as we do not keep backups on our servers.
4. Permissions & Third-Party Services
The app uses the following permissions and third-party services:
- Google AdMob — used for monetization. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID (AAID) for personalized ads and analytics.
- Storage Access — required to save exported Excel reports (XLSX) to your device.
- Notifications — used to alert you when an export is complete.

Pembukuan BRI Link is an independent bookkeeping tool developed by Awan Digitals. This application is NOT an official app of, nor affiliated with, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.
6. Children's Privacy
This app is designed for business bookkeeping and is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
